Privacy & feedback
How this website uses information.
This page describes the information used by prismaclient.xyz. For questions about your feedback or a removal request, contact the Prisma team through our Discord server.
Public feedback
When you submit feedback, your message, optional rating, submission date, and likes are displayed publicly. No name, email address, or account is requested. The message and optional rating are also sent to the Prisma team on Discord for review and moderation. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other personal information in your comment.
Feedback is stored until it is removed by the team. Comments are anonymous submissions; purchases are not verified. Hosting providers still process connection information, so “anonymous” does not mean that no technical data is processed.
Likes and repeated submissions
Your connection’s IP address is used to limit repeated submissions and prevent duplicate likes. The feedback database stores a hashed identifier for likes, rather than a raw IP address. The submission rate limit temporarily uses the IP address in server memory.
Visit counts
The site counts visits by day and referral source, such as a search engine or a referral tag in a link. This counter does not store an individual browsing history or raw IP addresses in its database. A session-storage flag in your browser prevents counting the same browser session repeatedly. The current design does not use advertising trackers or third-party embedded video players.
Hosting and external links
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles connections and may process technical information under its own policies. Opening a Discord link takes you to a separate service with its own data practices. Video previews are served from this website.
